Henry Hadfield Cubley

Henry Hadfield Cubley was born in Newark where he lived for most of his formative years.

He specialised in landscapes.

Henry Hadfield Cubley was influenced by the mountains of Scotland and Wales and also the countryside of the West Midlands.

His paintings have a romantic impressionist feel and often feature highland cattle.

Exhibited: Henry Hadfield Cubley exhibited at the Royal Academy but mainly at the Birmingham Salon.
