After leaving school and art classes Hilary Scoffield became a full time artist by selling her paintings in local galleries. The demand for her paintings has grown to the extent that most of her work is now sold overseas. Many of her paintings have been reproduced in the Limited Edition print market. Her work consists mainly of landscapes and flowers, both in watercolour and oils. Her paintings are now much sought after.
